Refund Policy
Every FixTicket purchase comes with a 60-day money-back guarantee. Here is the entire policy, in plain English.
The guarantee
If you purchased the appeal-letter generator and any of the following is true:
- your ticket was not dismissed or reduced after you submitted your defense, or
- you are simply not satisfied with the product,
email support@fixticket.app within 60 days of your purchase date from the email address you used at checkout (or include your Stripe receipt), and we will issue a full refund of your $14.99. No forms, no phone calls, no interrogation.
Timing
Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
What we ask (voluntarily)
Telling us why you're refunding helps us improve — but it is never a condition of the refund.
One honest note
Because the product is digital and delivered instantly, we cannot "take it back" — the guarantee works on trust. Please don't abuse it; it's what lets us keep the price at $14.99 for everyone else.
Chargebacks
Please email us before filing a chargeback with your bank — we resolve everything, usually same-day. Chargebacks filed in bad faith may be disputed with evidence of delivery and this policy.
